- Completely PHP, HTML, CSS driven with Bootstrap

Installation:
- Unzip the file in your web hosting space
- Edit the .dbs/userlist file content manually to set the admin account and one user account
- Edit the activateotp.php and signup.php files to insert your domain path and hosting
email address where applicable (see comments in code)
- Edit the signup.php file to edit the time zone if needed

General:
- default sign up level is 'user', admin level muyst be set manually in json user file
